Once a purchase has been completed, tickets to a Sheepdog Theatre production are non-refundable.

Requests for ticket exchanges to another show date/ time may be made up to 7 days prior to the show, with any refund/processing fees being paid by the purchaser. Approval is only granted once Sheepdog Theatre has issued written confirmation.

Ticket transfers to others are permitted up to 7 days in advance of the performance. Please clearly state both the name of the original purchaser and those to whom the ticket is being given. Approval is only granted once confirmed by Sheepdog Theatre.
